Bulk Pause

Step 1: 

Navigation: Filter Builder > Filters

Create a filter and select data source and add rules to filter what you want to pause, more on how to create filters Here 

Step 2:

Navigation: Actions > Tasks

Create Task:

Step 3: Select Action "Generic Pause"

Step 4: Under Action options tab, select what you would like to pause
